EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) inspections include a visual inspection of the exterior siding, flashing and sealants. Moisture testing is conducted through the siding at areas of suspected moisture penetration. Moisture pins are inserted through the siding to the sheathing below the surface and the moisture level is read on a digital moisture sensing meter. Reports include photos of deficiencies and a detailed graph of high moisture indications that are observed. Recomendations are included for most repairs and improvements to the areas of leakage and damage.
